These Terms of Use establish the conditions under which you may access and use our services, including our mobile application, website, and any related interactions offered by Doraelo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Dora, you agree that you have carefully reviewed and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Dora constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Dora is intended only for users who are 17 years old or above. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 17, do not use or register for Dora.
You may be required to create an account to participate in community features. You must provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, remove or restore a username, or terminate an account if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Dora is founded on positive and respectful sharing. You agree not to engage in harmful or disruptive behavior and will respect other users’ rights and safety. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
· Sharing pornographic, sexual, explicit, or nudity-based content
· Abuse, harassment, or targeted harmful behavior toward individuals or groups
· Violent, dangerous, discriminatory, hateful, or illegal behavior or encouragement of such acts
· Posting misleading claims, impersonation, or deceptive conduct
· Spamming, scams, or unauthorized commercial activities

We may investigate reports of misconduct and take enforcement action including blocking, removal of content, or account suspension or termination.
Dora enables you to upload, publish, and exchange content such as text, photos, and comments (“User Content”).
By posting or submitting User Content, you grant Doraelo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content for operating and improving Dora’s services. You retain ownership of your User Content, and this license is necessary for us to operate the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that:
· You own the rights to your content or have obtained full permission
· Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or legal restrictions
We are not obligated to monitor every post, but we reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that violates these Terms or that we consider harmful.
Users can report or block content or accounts that violate rules. We maintain internal review procedures and will respond to reports within 24 hours where necessary for user safety and App Store compliance.
All trademarks, graphics, designs, logos, interface layouts, software code and proprietary features of Dora belong exclusively to Doraelo and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as expressly permitted within these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, reproduce, or exploit Dora’s Intellectual Property in any unauthorized manner.
If you choose to provide feedback or ideas to improve Dora, you agree that:

· We may freely use it without any compensation or obligation
Dora may provide access to third-party content, websites, or tools. We do not control or endorse third-party providers and are not responsible for how they operate or process your data. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if we believe:

· Harmful or illegal activity has occurred
· Platform or user safety is threatened
· Required by law or regulatory demand
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. The termination of your account does not relieve you of responsibility for previous actions.
Dora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We make no claims regarding the correctness or reliability of content posted by users.
We do not provide professional advice of any kind. Nothing within Dora should be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, nutritional, or psychological guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doraelo is not liable for:
· Losses of data, opportunities, profits, reputation, or enjoyment
· Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
· Harms caused by user-generated content, network failures, or unauthorized use of accounts
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
You agree to indemnify Doraelo and its officers, employees, and affiliates against claims arising from:
· Your misuse of Dora
· Your violation of these Terms
· Your infringement of any rights of others
